1 General Terms

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account with fk99. Accounts that do not meet these criteria may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may only hold one account — multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts cannot be opened on behalf of another individual or in the name of a corporate entity.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
